Refund and Returns Policy

If you wish to exchange or return any item(s) for any reason, we offer free exchanges! Simply inform us by filling out the Return and Exchange form within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process. We allow only one exchange per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• Items must be unused.
• Items must not be tampered with.
• Original hang tags must be intact.

Important Notes:

• Swing Kraft reserves the right to decline return requests from customers who repeatedly return items.
• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will begin processing your return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account once initiated from our end.

Statute of Limitations:

Your replacement item(s) will be shipped within 4–5 business days after we receive your return.

Reverse Pickup

In cases where your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partner, you will need to send the item(s) back to us yourself. We will refund the shipping cost up to 100.

Exceptions

SALE items are not eligible for exchange. However, returns for SALE items are allowed, and customers must courier the items back at their own expense. Refunds will be initiated once the returned products are received.
